§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he proposes, in accordance with paragraph 2.9 of the review of museums in Northern Ireland submitted in 1983 by the Museums and Galleries Commission to the Under-Secretary of State responsible for education, to reinstate the annual allocation of purchase grants for the Ulster museum, following a standstill since 1980.
