Mr. Patrick Jenkin

A breakdown of grant-related expenditure for each authority by service is contained in the technical handbook of grant-related expenditure (the "green book") for each year from 1981–82 to 1983–84, copies of which are in the Library. Figures for 1984–85 are not yet available. The 1984–85 edition of the handbook will be produced, as usual, in the spring.
