§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he has taken to determine the future plans of Gomba Holdings Ltd. for the premises vacated by it in Cumnock which are currently the subject of negotiations.
§ Mr. Allan StewartWe have maintained contact with Gomba Holdings Ltd. which continues to express an interest in buying the premises at Cumnock, but a sale has not yet been concluded. If Gomba does buy the premises, it maintains that it would be with a view to making new investment to support other manufacturing activities.
