Dr. Roger Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement about implementation of the recommendations of the Committee on Safety of Medicines on procedures for handling adverse drug reaction data.

We have been studying the recommendations in the committee's report and consulting widely on them. We will make a statement shortly.
