§ 48. Mr. Bellinghamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what has been the response from local authorities to his Department's recent announcement of its intention to strengthen the model byelaws on straw and stubble burning.
§ Mr. MellorDraft model byelaws were sent to the local authority associations on 16 January asking for comments by 20 February. None has yet been received.
