Dr. McDonald

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will publish in the Official Report the percentage of school leavers with (a) O-level and (b) A-level passes in Essex for each year from 1977 to 1982 and the relative position of Essex to other major English local education authorities in each of the above years.
