Mr. Neil Hamilton

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many (a) security services subcontractors, (b) ice-cream vendors, (c) music teachers, (d) hairdressers, (e) building subcontractors, (f) market researchers, (g) translators, (h) lorry drivers, (i) taxi drivers, (j) office equipment salesmen, (k) gardeners, (l) dentists, (m) contract: crop pickers, (n) fish filleters, (o) lathe operators, (p) secretarial services subcontractors and (q) National Health Service consultants were reclassified for income tax purposes between 1979 and 1983 as being employed rather than self-employed persons.
