§ Mr. Alexander FletcherMany comments on the recommendations of the Insolvency Law Review Committee were received from interested bodies who were individually invited to do so and from others who responded to a general invitation. Consultation has taken place and is continuing on some subjects; a further opportunity for comment will be given after the proposals are published shortly in a White Paper.
