§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe 1981 agreement between the National Farmers Union and the Country Landowners Association forms the basis of the proposals contained in the Agricultural Holdings Bill currently before Parliament. These proposals represent the best available option for halting the erosion of the agricultural tenanted sector, and the Bill has my support.
