§ Mr. Humeasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement listing all prisoners in Northern Ireland currently remanded in custody detailing where they are held, how long they have been on remand, what charges they face, whether they have served any previous periods on remand and the charges that face them, whether they have served any previous periods in prison and the number of court appearances they have made in respect of the charges on which they are remanded.
§ Mr. Scott[pursuant to his reply, 19 December 1984, c. 217]: It would not be appropriate to publish all the information requested in respect of named individuals and some could only be provided at disproportionate costs.
