§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish a table showing for the last eight six-monthly periods for which figures are available, for each member state and for the European Economic Community as a whole: index of rate of return on capital; index of total personal income before tax; index of total disposable income; personal savings ratio; tax as a proportion of wage income for the lower quartile; tax as a proportion of wage income for the middle quartile; tax as a proportion of wage income for the upper quartile; tax as a proportion of wage income for the mean income; tax as a proportion of income for the median income; public expenditure as a percentage of gross domestic product; degree of capacity utilisation in industry; gross fixed investment as a percentage of gross domestic product of (a) private sector, and (b) public sector, gross domestic fixed capital formation of (i) a private sector, (ii) public sector, gross domestic fixed capital formation in (a) private dwellings, (b) public dwellings, (c) plant and machinery, (d) other new buildings and works, index of output per person employed in (i) the whole economy, (ii) production industries, (iii) manufacturing industries.
