What is the percentage of school-leavers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (separately) obtaining 1 or more A-levels, 5 or more higher grade O-levels or CSE Grade 1 passes, 1 or more higher grade O-level or CSE Grade 1 passes, and no graded O-level or CSE results; in each year from 1965 to 1984.
