3 Mr. Terry Davis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) pursuant to the answer of the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Official Report, December, column 2, when his noble Friend will write to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill, about the refusal of prison officers at Winson Green prison to allow an unconvicted prisoner on remand to wear his own shirt during a period of relaxation outside his prison cell;

(2) pursuant to the answer of the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Official Report, 29 November, column 545, when the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State will write to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill.
