Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill, about the refusal of prison officers at Winson Green prison to allow an unconvicted prisoner on remand to wear his own shirt during a period of relaxation outside his prison cell;
(2) pursuant to the answer of the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Official Report, 29 November, column 545, when the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State will write to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill.
