§ Lord Lucas of ChilworthWe are embarking on discussions with the insurance industry to see whether changes to their Statements of Insurance Practice can be made to deal with problems in those areas. We shall review whether legislation is appropriate and feasible in the light of whatever changes may be agreed. I shall report the Government's conclusion to the House.
