§ Mr. FletcherI am embarking on discussions with the insurance industry to see whether changes to their statements of insurance practice can be made to deal with problems in those areas. I shall review whether legislation is appropriate and feasible in the light of whatever changes may be agreed. I shall report the Government's conclusion to the House.
