§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if he will make a statement on the current level of capacity utilisation in industry within the member states of the EEC and the EC as a whole;
(2) if he will make a statement on the level of productive potential in EEC member states and within the EEC as a whole.
