§ Mr. Peter MorrisonBy the end of November 78 small-scale local collaborative project contracts had been signed and 13 large-scale projects had been approved (subject to conditions in a few cases). The position in each Manpower Services Commission region was as follows:
Small-scale Large-scale Scotland — 1 Northern 6 2 Yorkshire and Humberside 10 1 North West 9 — Midlands 17 2 Wales 6 1 South West 8 — South East 19 4 London 3 2 78 13 The average funding for a small-scale project is £11,499 and £45,507 for a large-scale project. The total sum now committed to small-scale projects is £896,897 and large-scale projects approved so far require funding of £591,590.
