asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the delays in bringing cases to trial in Northern Ireland.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will give consideration to the introduction of a legal time limit on bringing cases to trial in Northern Ireland similar to that in Scotland and currently proposed for England and Wales.
