§ Mr. FletcherYes. There are few service industries in this country where the customer's money is as well protected as in the travel industry. Well over 90 per cent. of retail trade outlets are members of the Association of British Travel Agents which, through its code of practice, provides reimbursement of customers' money in the event of a member's failure.
