§ Mr. Wallaceasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what information he has as to which local authorities in Scotland have opted to undertake the emptying of all septic tanks within (a) their entire area or (b) any part of their area, in terms of section 10(1) of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968.
