§ Mr. Norman LamontPayments under the old RDG scheme will continue for some time under the transitional arrangements. However, by 1987–88 expenditure on regional development grants in respect of Wales was estimated to be about £75 million less as a result of the new policy.
§ Mr. William Powellasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what has been the total of regional development grant paid in the Corby development area in (a) 1983–84 and (b) 1984–85 to date.
