§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what information he has as to the incidence of third countries using the free trade agreement between the European Economic Community and Israel in order to circumvent the common external tariff for certain industrial goods.
§ Mr. ChannonI have no information that there are any goods being imported into the Community duty-free from Israel which are not of Israeli origin for the purposes of the Community's agreement with Israel.
