§ Mr. Alan ClarkInformation about employers' first impressions of the code will be obtained in the first half of 1985. This will be followed by an in-depth evaluation of the code, probably in two to three years' time, when employers will have had time to adjust their policies and practices, where necessary, to its guidance.
