§ Mr. LeeExpenditure on the chartering or hiring of commercial shipping is borne on Class I, Vote 1, subheads, E1, E2, F4, H1, I1 and L6 and Class I, Vote 2, subhead F1, depending on the purpose for which it is required. Except for F4 these subheads also cover other forms of expenditure.
