§ Mr. LuceI have received a copy of the British Refugee Council's report "Behind Barbed Wire". This is being carefully considered. I shall be discussing those recommendations which fall within the responsibility of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office with members of the Asia committee of the British Refugee Council.
