HC Deb 17 December 1984 vol 70 c30W
Sir Patrick Wall

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what consideration he has given to the British Refugee Council's report on the closed camps of Hong Kong; and what action he is taking.

Mr. Luce

I have received a copy of the British Refugee Council's report "Behind Barbed Wire". This is being carefully considered. I shall be discussing those recommendations which fall within the responsibility of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office with members of the Asia committee of the British Refugee Council.
