§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will state (a) from what date a route was protected for the Feliheli bypass on the A487, (b) at what date an inquiry held into possible route alternatives, (c) when work was commenced on detailed plans for the bypass, (d) when he intends to make a decision regarding the definite route for the bypass and (e) when work on the bypass is scheduled to be undertaken.
