HC Deb 17 December 1984 vol 70 c16W
Mr. Shersby

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many empty houses in Rutter Close, West Drayton, Middlesex, are owned or managed by the Property Services Agency; when they will be sold or leased; and if he will take urgent action to ensure that they are occupied.

Mr. Gow

There are 46 surplus houses in Rutters Close, of which 43 are vacant. All are owned by the Ministry of Defence. These properties have been passed to the Property Services Agency for disposal. Private agents have been appointed and they will be offered on the open market for sale en bloc by tender early in the new year; 27 February 1985 has been set as the tender closing date. The sale is expected to be completed by early April 1985.
