§ Mr. MacGregorMinisters have appointed as members of local panels persons of proven judgment and experience from many walks of life. A large proportion of all panel members have a detailed knowledge of farming, particularly dairy farming, and others have been professionally concerned with rural matters. In Wales 22 of the 33 panel members are or have been dairy farmers.
