§ Mr. AncramThe Scottish Home and Health Department will shortly seek the views of women's organisations on a draft of revised guidance to the police on the investigation of complaints of sexual assault. The final version of the guidance, a copy of which will be placed in the Library of the House, will be issued to the police when the consultation process has been completed.
