§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasMy right hon. Friend has received representations on this matter from the following, as well as from my hon. Friend the Member for Cardiff, Central:
- My hon. Friend the Member for Vale of Glamorgan (Sir R. Gower);
- The right hon. Member for Cardiff, South and Penarth (Mr. Callaghan);
- The hon. Member for Caernarfon (Mr. Wigley);
- The trade union side of the Forestry Commission's south Wales Whitley Council;
- The Wales TUC;
- Cardiff city council.
However, the prime responsibility for the organisation and efficient management of the Forestry Commission in Wales lies with the forestry commissions.
