§ The Prime MinisterDiscussions during the Anglo-French summit in Paris on 29–30 November covered a wide range of bilateral and international questions and took place in a constructive and co-operative atmosphere. The President and I discussed collaborative projects, including the Channel tunnel, East-West relations and future development of the Community.
