asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, of the Royal Ulster Constabulary officers who took part in a Landrover patrol in the vicinity of Linden Street, Belfast, on 9 July 1981, how many (a) are still serving in the Royal Ulster Constabulary and (b) have been promoted in rank since that date.
