§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to ensure that the recently agreed EEC financial guidelines are placed on the agenda for the next meeting of the Council of Agriculture Ministers.
§ Mr. RifkindWe shall ensure that the requirements of budget discipline as now agreed are taken into account in all future discussions of the Agriculture Council.
