Mr. Hayhoe

As it will take a little time to obtain this information I shall write to the hon. Member.

Mr. Hayhoe

Customs and Excise have not received any claim for compensation from Gay's the Word bookshop.

Mr. Dobson

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, further to his answer of 4 December, Official Report, column 177, if he will list the last six cases under each of the Acts referred to which were included in the instructions given to the 36 officers reading the books taken from the Gay's the Word bookshop.
