§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether Her Majesty's Government have 349W received any representations from senior officers of the Royal Ulster Constabulary advocating the standing down of the Ulster Defence Regiment and charging the Royal Ulster Constabulary with total responsibility for internal security throughout Northern Ireland.
