§ Ms. Harmanasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will fix dates for the start and completion of consultations with interested organisations concerning the regulation for part III of the Food and Environment Protection Bill.
§ Mrs. FennerIt will not be possible to open definitive consultations on the regulations until the Bill is enacted, but we intend to open preparatory discussions with interested organisations early next year, with a view to regulations being laid in Parliament in time for their entry into force on 1 January 1986.
