§ Mr. Haselhurstasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will publish the inspector's report on the Stansted and Heathrow terminal 5 inquiries.
§ Mr. GowThe inspector's report will be published on Monday 10 December when copies will be placed in the Library and in the Vote Office and in those public libraries where the transcripts were deposited. It will be posted to the applicants, to the local planning authorities in whose areas the sites of the proposed developments lie, to section 29 parties and to the organisations and individuals represented at the inquiries.
The inspector's report is very long. A shortened version, comprising extracts from the report, will be published separately. That version will include all the inspector's conclusions and recommendations. Those receiving the full report will receive the shortened version.
Further copies of the full report and of the shortened version will be available as soon as possible.
