§ Mr. RentonWe have expressed to the United States Government our concern over undue restrictions on the access by British scientists and technologists to conferences and seminars in the United States. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office continues to keep closely in touch with developments in the United States and with leading scientific organisations in the United Kingdom.
