§ Mrs. FennerNo. The Government are a party to the 1972 convention banning biological weapons. We are playing a leading part at the conference on disarmament at Geneva to achieve a comprehensive verifiable ban on the production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons. We will keep the House informed of progress.
