§ Mr. MacGregorMy right hon. Friend the Minister for Trade announced on 3 December a number of improvements in the provision by Export Credits Guarantee Department of credit guarantees for the export of grain and malt. I welcome these changes, which should contribute to the United Kingdom's increasingly successful export performance.
