§ Mr. FowlerI am pleased to be able to announce that Mr. Peter Barclay, CBE, has agreed to serve as chairman of the Social Security Advisory Committee for a period of three years from 1 January 1985. Mr. Barclay, a senior partner in a London firm of solicitors, is at present chairman of the National Institute for Social Work.
