§ Mr. TrippierI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the Community programmes under the non-quota section of the ERDF announced by my hon. Friend and Mr. Antonio Giolitti on 26 November. These programmes are not affected by the recent changes to United Kingdom regional industrial incentives.
