§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Government's consultation paper on dog licensing has been sent to a number of organisations representing dog owners, as well as to individuals who have written to the Department on this subject, or whose letters have been forwarded by hon. Members. Copies are available on request from the Department. We will consider the views of all interests, including those of dog owners, very carefully before reaching final decisions.
