asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what steps he intends to take in relation to the draft European Communities (Definition of Treaties) (Undertaking on Supplementary Finance for the Community) Order following the High Court decision by Mr. Justice Hodgson on 28 November; and if he will make a statement.
