Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing the changes which have been made to programme 15 (Scotland) since the publication of Cmnd. 9143-II, with the same sub-programme detail as table 2.15 and distinguishing (i) classification changes, (ii) policy changes, (iii) changes offsetting the abolition of national insurance surcharge and (iv) other changes.
