§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will make a statement on the representations he has received on the construction of footbridges at the Kingsway/Strathmartine road roundabout, Dundee with respect to any compensation for residents living in the near proximity;
(2) what action his Department is taking to ensure that work on the third phase of the reconstruction of the Kingsway, Dundee remains on schedule; and if he will make a statement;
