§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many applications for entry to the United Kingdom under paragraph 35 or paragraph 38 of the immigration rules have been made in Hong Kong in each month since January 1983;
(2) how many applications for settlement have been made in Hong Kong for each month since 1 January; and how many such applications in each month have been from dependants of people settled in the United Kingdom.
