§ Mr. MacGregorThe Ministry, DAFS and AFRC have been reviewing jointly over the past year research which is relevant to lower input farming methods. A number of seminars and discussion groups have been held to bring together scientists working in this area. The need for critical work on the scope for reducing inputs in production systems is currently being discussed in the light of the considerable body of information from past work which this review is bringing together.
