§ 29. Mr. Wigleyasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts if the Minister for the Arts is satisfied that the Welsh Arts Council is in receipt of sufficient funds to ensure the balanced development of the arts in Wales through the medium of both the Welsh and English languages.
§ Mr.WaldegraveThe Arts Council of Great Britain determines the annual allocation to the Welsh Arts Council, taking into account the need to make provision for the arts in both the English and the Welsh languages.
