§ Mr. Marlowasked the Prime Minister if she has given any commitment to agree an increase in European Economic Community own resources if the budget is fairly reallocated and agricultural expenditure is brought under satisfactory control.
§ The Prime MinisterAs I have repeatedly made clear, we are prepared to consider an increase in the Community's own resources provided that there is effective control of agricultural and other expenditure and a fair sharing of the budgetary burden.
